After I008, CSX went dead. But, I did hear over the scanner a yard crew on the Wheeling getting permission out of Hartland to head down to West Clarksfield to pull some cars from the elevator. With nothing happening in Wellington, I decided to move west. Sure enough, a pair of tigers were doing just that. Definitely made the right choice!
Wheeling 3034 and 7002 idle in the yard as 7023 and 7005 crawl into the east end. I departed before the 221 power got to the west end.
