P40DC #828, still in Phase IV, is serving as a training umit at the Wilmington shops. She can't move under her own power and has rust holes the size of a grapefruit, but she does have a brand new E-bell!

A nice surprice on CSX train Q352-23. After sitting around for many years, the weather has not been kind to this engine. But word has it that it is going to the Amtrak training center in Wilmington, DE.
