| Having jsut found a new source of information about this loco has changed the builder originally listed as Baldwin. According to Central RR of New Jersey bludeprints for the E-1 class, CNJ 0-8-0C #292 was built by their own CNJ Shops in December of 1918. The entire E1 class (later reclassified as 8S53) was scrapped between 1948-1954. No photographer was listed for this photo. |
