The empty grain move rolls past us, and looking north we see the dodger peeking out of the trees, working Little Debbie in the distance. Lots going on here today.

We were headed to breakfast one morning last week, and got up into town to find this empty northbound train rolling through, with a whopping six units. We got around it, beating it to Gentry. MOW was working on the main, so he was routed through the siding, which helped our chase.

The 261 has moved up the siding, and is now getting ready to work the north end of the yard.

The 261 rolls past the home signals at the south end of Watts, taking the siding. Hell work here before heading north.

The 261 rolls across Ballard Creek. It will be in Watts momentarliy.

The 261 approaches the Shockeys horse farm crossing.

The 261 rolls around the big curve at Chewie Rd as it makes its way to Watts and a small set out and pick up.

When I got to Watts, the 262 was working at the south end, but was going to hold for a northbound. I went to Westville, thinking that would be the northbound with CP 7030 on it. I was correct, and a few minutes later, I heard the dispatcher telling a 261 his work at Watts. Here he is, eight units and 60 cars. The decal for the Strathconas can be seen on the nose of the third unit. Well look at that in more detail shortly.

The DPUs on the grain train reflect the setting sun as the train pulls away from me.

The DPUs on the grain train roll into view from behind Currans as the train rolls on toward Siloam, where it will set out 25 cars on the west siding. Note the two units here, both SD 70's, are from orders prior to the Belle scheme, and have been repainted.
