A few short miles and this baretable will leave Georgia behind as it continues its trek on the A-Line.
5438 hits the defect detector at EMD Road on the A Line, just a few miles out of Savannah Yard and an equal distance before crossing into South Carolina.
Just a few miles out of Savannah Yard, 5438 and 8556 already have their 8700 of baretables up to 60mph. The road crossing here is EMD Road, named after a nearby business. The SD50-2 is stuck trailing today, surely much to the delight of the crew.
