The small "C & S& label just below the cab door is the only indication on the loco that it was assigned to the Colorado & Southern subsidieary. EMD built this SD9 unit in April of 1959 as CS #838 (serial #25158). The photo was taken by rail fan Evans on 120 size b&w film.
