A four unit set of power leads train 165 with its 51 stack platforms and 34 freight across the Harpursville bridge. The odd duck in this flock is the third unit, one of the GP 9us that generally sees only yard service. It must have been in transit to another yard, though its position in the consist would mean it was working.

A 'new' CP SD40-2 for me! Even though its showing signs of its age, its always nice nice to see SD40-2s still hard at work.
The daily Shoreham-Soo Transfer departs Humboldt Yard and heads over to Northtown Yard with a pair of SD40-2s for power.

When I can I like to "shoot" the same train on both sides. Jack Jakeman, Chris G., and I caught this train earlier in Guilderland and we then chased it here to Selkirk.

I caught word about the K635 (led by CP 5995) on the Riverline yesterday at 09:30 and I was hoping to catch it! So, here it is tied-down on the Belle Isle siding at CP296 where CSX's Syracuse terminal and Rochester subdivisions border-up. CSX engine #309 is leading the Q381 on track 1, and the Q112-17 is stopped on track 2 at CP294 waiting for authorization to run through a work zone.
The power for train 68Q/69Q sits under the West Ave. overpass
