The CDTX B32 duo are seen here being sent back to Northern California after being used on Surfliner trains north of Los Angeles due to 101 closure. The freeway has since been reopened and therefore, the spare equipment is no longer needed and now being sent home on Coast Starlight #14.

AmCal's most famous motive power sit blue flagged at West Oakland on a rainy night. Their future is uncertain with the arrival of two Siemens Chargers. As of writing both motors still get occasional use as cab cars.
2051's precense on the rear of the San Joaquin reminded me of days before the San Joaquins recieved cab cars, and engines were turned in Bakersfield
