In the foreground on the right, IC 9612 is moving hoppers. A couple tracks east are GTW 4921 and three Wisconsin & Southern locomotives. The one immediately behind GTW 4921 is WAMX 4182 and one of the two others is WAMX 4192. I was unable to catch the number of the third. All three locomotives were being worked on, although I am not sure why they are up here in Neenah. Perhaps in preparation for Watco's Fox Valley and Lake Superior system? On the very far track is an old Wisconsin Central (ex-MILW) caboose - WC 16.

A CN local extracts a car from the LSC Communications facility on Midway Road in Menasha. This plant was completed by the George Banta Company in 1946 and became part of RR Donnelley in 2007. LSC Communications was spun off in 2016. The plant is located along former Milwaukee Road tracks that ran between Menasha and Appleton.
A CN local swaps boxcars at LSC Communications located on Midway Road, Menasha. The facility was originally completed as a George Banta Company property. In 2007, RR Donnelley acquired Banta and then in April 2016 created LSC Communications which it then spun off on 1 October 2016. The George Banta Company was once a major employer in the Menasha area, this plant was switched routinely by the Milwaukee Road.

A CN local briefly pauses in front of the former C&NW depot/yard office while more local power, CN 9473, rests in the foreground at Appleton Junction, WI on 29 Sep. '17. The local was headed back toward Neenah after working Little Chute and Kaukauna and had two locomotives, IC 3107 and IC 9612. It will pick up a string of cars at the southwest end of the yard before continuing on its way.

CN local approaches the W. College Ave./Hwy. 125 overpass as it heads south via former SOO rails with 8 cars at Appleton, WI on 20 Aug. '16. The remnants of the SOO yard are partially visible on the other side of the train. The building on the left, now owned by St. Vincent de Paul, is a lumber shed from the former Stock Lumber, originally the site of Lieber Lumber. The building in the background is Warehouse Specialists, Inc., a periodic rail customer. Train was returning from Shawano and had two locomotives, GTW 4912 and IC 9612. I was hoping to get closer to the apex of the overpass, but the train beat me to it.
