WE 3016 is a former Wisconsin Central 3016, Oxford 3016, and Union Pacific 3016 SD40 built in 1966. Acquired by Wheeling and Lake Erie in 1992 and rebuilt by their Brewster Shops in September 2000. WE 4025 is a former Wisconsin Central 4025, Oxford 405, Union Pacific 4025, MoPac 3025, and MoPac 725 SD40 built in February 1968. Acquired by Wheeling and Lake Erie in 1992 and rebuilt by their Brewster Shops in October 1998.
