Description:  Here is a great view of the sleek, semi-streamlined 4-4-4 "Jubilee type" steam locomtoive, Canadian Pacific #2925. Built by the Canadian Locomotive Copmpany (CLC) in February of 1938 (serial #1939, class F-1a), the loco exploded in 1944 but was rebuilt afterward. It was finally scrapped in July of 1957. Original specs - 75" drivers, impressive 300 psi boiler pressure, 16.5x28" cylinders, engine wt of 240,000 lb and tractive force is 25,918 lb. No location or date was given for the photo so approximations were used .This is a James Bowie photo and now in my collection.
