Description:  A pair of Red River Valley & Western locos were waiting for their next assignment on this day in 2003. RRVW GP20C #2051 was built by EMD in April of 1060 as Great Northern GP20 #2008 (serial #25569). When GN was merged into Burlington Northern roster, it became BN GP20 2008 and later rebuilt under BN ownership to BN GP20C 2008. Around 1998, it landed on the Red River Valley & Western roster as RRVW GP20C #2051. It was last photogrpahed in the RRPA database in May of 2020 still with on RRVW roster. This is an Eric Berg photo now in my rr collection.
