Dziobko. Here is is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by John Dziobko, Jr., that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 10 September 1951. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9459, an FF-20 built by Fairbanks-Morse in December of 1947, rated at 2,000 horsepower, and retired in September of 1962 after just 15 years of revenue service. Visible in the background is a portion of Juniata's 8th Street Bridge, with ROSE Tower situated just beyond it.
