ACL 4-6-2 #1670 - Atlantic Coast Line         
Here is a sharp 4-6-2 Pacific designed by ACL and Baldwin as "dual purpose" Pacific to handle freight but assist in passenger service when needed. The whitewalls give it a sharp, classy look for a freight loco. It lasted in revenue service until being retired and scrapped in March of 1952. Specs - class P-5-bs, 69" drivers, 210 psi boiler pressure, 25x28" cylinders, engine wt of 286,345 lb, tractive effort of 45,275 lb. No date, location or photographer was listed for the photo.
