PRR 5683, LS-25, c. 1953         
Here is an original photo by John S. Fisher. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5683, an LS-25 transfer diesel built by the Lima Locomotive Works in September of 1951, rated at 2,500 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966 after just 15 years of revenue service. It was the last locomotive built by Lima. The road number of the N-6B cabin car, the date, and the location are not recorded.
