Meadows. Here is the second of two successive duplicate 35mm color slides by John Dziobko, Jr., that were taken at the Pennsylvania Railroad's Engine Service Tracks at Meadows Yard near Kearny, New Jersey, on 19 September 1953. Prominent here is PRR engine #3884, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata in July of 1923 and retired in May of 1956. Visible at the left (L to R) are the coaling wharf, the sanding tower, and two unidentified electric locomotives. ("Stoneborobranch"; #16 of 32)
