Locals on the Tier for quite a few years got GP38s, though at times B23s could also be found. This local at Campbell Hall on the ex Erie Graham Line is truc to form, assigned 8125, seen at the old Campbell Hall station, the strip of blacktop that existed prior to the fancy station they have now. Note the old Erie camp car to the left of the diesel.
