| A pair of BN GP9s sit in Birmingham MO in December 1985. Both are former Northern Pacific Geeps (note the trademark NP bell on top of the short hood) originally equipped for passenger service; they're now spending their golden years working local freights and transfers in the KC area. The lead unit has about seven months to go prior to retirement. |
