| At 0330-CT-17 the driver of this vehicle, sober, missed the grade crossing at Lipscomb Street lodging her vehicle on the main track. She exited the vehicle approximately 10 minutes prior to the arrival of train M-TULTPL1-16A. The M-TULTPL1-16A struck the driver's side of the vehicle. Train M-TULTPL1-16A, engines BNSF 9995, CSXT 7491, and HLCX 6318 with 50 loads, 53 empties, 6742 tons and feet, stopped just west of the east siding switch at Birds.
