Opposite View of Floodgates with Signal         
The road is Business U.S. 11/The Zreat River Road. The tall building is the former Hotel Muscatine, rennovated into condos and offices recently. I believe that the signal dates to Milwaukee Road days.

Owen McCormick General That whole area there was the old Milwaukee yard until the early 90s. The SOO then built the new yard down at Progress Park (near Fruitland). 3/6/2011 3:47:01 PM
