Album Info:These are a few photographs of what were labeled as Pennsylvania RR E7A's. They contain no information on location or date. I have taken the libety of selecting 1/1/1955 and Altoona, PA for the date and location seeng as these units probably passed through there during 1955. Not much info is available on EMD units carrying a 4000 road number, not sure why, and all are new listing to the site. If anyone has additional information, it would be appreciated.
