It was published originally in the August 1956 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 54. All of the locomotives pictured here are PRR Class K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacifics." Top Left-Hand Photo: #5473 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during 1927, reconditioned in 1944, and retired in February of 1956. Top Right-Hand Photo: #3876 was built in Juniata during 1923 and retired in April of 1950. Bottom Left-Hand Photo: #5385 was built in Juniata during 1924 and retired in June of 1948.
