| Westbound at Eagle Lake. The 549 was one of two SD10's to be painted in the Milwaukee "Running Indian" scheme and was the first unit to wear the DM&E Blue & Gold. These colors were chosen by Colleen McIntyre, the wife of DM&E president Pete McIntyre, and are the colors of South Dakota State University. The 549 was acquired by the Indiana Railroad in 1997. |
