CLUT 215 New to the site.  Contributor's Pick!       
One of 22 built 1929-1930 for the new 3,000 volt DC Cleveland Union Terminal catenary electrification. Most ended up converted to 660V DC third rail and used by NYC on their electrified lines in New York. Thanks to Brian Woodruff for all this info.
