Tom Beckett	General	Wasn't there some kind of program involving a tax credit for traded locomotives that were replaced by Tier 4 power, or something like that, but the retired locomotives had to be scrapped to get it?? I recall reading about that somewhere. Maybe thuis is to fulfill that requirement.	3/9/2026 5:40:47 AM
