INRD SD40-2 #44 - Indiana Railroad
Good looking roster shot was taken by an unidentified rail fan while it was in the south Indianapolis yard. It was originally built by EMD in July of 1980 as BN #7229 but landed on the Indiana Railroad roster with a new paint scheme and a new number INRD #44. Later it would be renumbered INRD 4004.
