The Orange Empire Railway Museum (now known as the Southern California Railway Museum) in Perris, CA, holds a historic double-deck tram car from the Hill of Howth line in Ireland. Built in 1901 by Brush & Co. as Tram #2, this 67-passenger tram is a rare example of Irish coastal transport. It is a double-deck, electric tramcar. The tram operated on the Hill of Howth tramway near Dublin, Ireland, which ran until 1959. |
