| While standing in front of the former Ely depot, the engineer of Northern Nevadad 2-8-0 #93 gives it a qucik check. The loco was once a hardworking loco in the copper ore mines nearby until being retired in 1961. Eventually it was reborn as the power for the torusit train in Ely, NV. This is a color slide taken by rail fan Jim Lockart and now in my collection. |
