| MKT GP40 #183 was built by EMD in September of 1967. The loco went to the EMDX roster sometime in 1993 as EMD GP40 #183. Later it was sold and rebuilt into GMTX GP38M-2 #2662. As of 2020, it was still wearing the EMDX blue and roaming all over the tracks. This color slide was from the Conniff collection and is now in my collection. |
