| Sitting quietly in the Calmar, IA, yard is MILW 2-8-2 Mikado #492. Baldwin, 9/1923, nee-CMStP 2-8-2 #8392 (serial #57181, L-sb class) > renumbered in July of 1938 to MILW 492. The loco served for 30 years before being scrapped in October of 1953. Specs - 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 26x30" cylinders, engine wt of 292,770 lb and tractive force of 54,723 lb.
