A702s caboose or shoving platform. You can see the Chessie System safty logo bleeding thru the CSX paint. Also notice the horn on the rear of the shoving platform. He did back up after doing a set out and pick up and yes the horn blew while backing up.

This is a new one on me - the caboose rides the end of the train, the caboose goes extinct, the caboose ends up as a shoving platform on the local switcher. What is the purpose for this?
