Some People Just Can't Wait

As a local returns to North Green Bay yard from working north of town, an impatient motorist makes a "U" turn to find another route rather than this one on N. Military Avenue. It only took a couple minutes for the train to clear. Knowing the area, the motorists detour most likely took longer. Then again, he may have a lead foot and no concern speed limits.
