Now serving a second life in Alaska

Amtrak 9403 at 16th Street in Chicago, Illinois on October 8, 1987, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 9403 was built by Budd in 1954 as NP 555, later AMTK 9482, converted to HEP in May 1983 and renumbered AMTK 9304. It was sold to ARR in 1999 becoming ARR 522.
