AMTK 312 (ALC-42) at the New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal at New Orleans, Louisiana. It was hard to tell if this was the 312 or the 317, but after looking at the small number between the engineer-side door & the cab nose. this is the 312. Sadly, just 23 days after this photo was taken, the locomotive would be involved in a grade-crossing accident with a car on the tracks at Mobile, Alabama on April 26, 2023, killing the driver of the car.
Yerba Buena. PPCX 800344
Pullman private car from Rail Ventures on a very late Amtrak train P030-02.
Nice surprise on the end of Amtrak! - PPCX 800344
Now I glad I didnt shrug off the Amtrak since they were late.
Finally I caught the unit as its been running the Builders for a few months.
Stacking up a stacker and other trains in the hole as the Empire Builder was running late, again.
Private Cars Flying Bye Thanks to theEngineer who slowed the train down so
