PRR Northbound Coal Train, 1955

Consler. Here is an original color photo (converted to B&W) by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Tyrone, Pennsylvania, in August of 1955. An unidentified Pennsylvania Railroad Class L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" is powering a northbound coal train on the Bald Eagle Branch. Note the smoke plume from the tail-end pusher!
