That's not Tuscaloosa - it's Huntsville, Ala. SR 6010 was the Huntsville yard engine for much of the 1960s. That's the former Memphis & Charleston freight depot to the west. It burned a few years ago, but some of the pre-Civil War structure still stands.
Cool photo. I've never seen a Southern 44 tonner. I know where theres one that would look good in this scheme!
