Slope to Works. Here is an original photo that I took in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 6 June 1965. Shown here (R to L) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2355 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by GM-EMD. #2355 is an EF-25 built in March of 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower. They're pulling an eastbound coal train under the wrought-iron 12th Street Footbridge. Several of the PRR's 12th Street Car Shop buildings are visible in the background. (#24 of 44)
