BNSF Railway (BNSF) 9828 - EMD SD70MAC

Not the first time Ive shot this unit, its one of two rolling away at Wolf Creek. Its mate is a Grinstein SD 70, always a good thing to see. There are some who dont especially like that scheme. Ive always thought it was elegant.

Wed gone to breakfast in Gentry, then over to OReilly to get yet another headlight, and visit with my son, who is tie manager of that store. As we were parting, we saw a train pull up into the siding. In short order, the dodger went south, and the chase was on. We caught the DPU south of Decatur, getting this grab shot from the car.

The nice pair of SD60Ms are with the Heritage II and CSX MACs, a trio of MACs, and a pair of Dash 9s

After #9477 left the two other pairs, I got a shot of the SD60M Duel, the Heritage II and CSX SD70MAC with BNSF #9828

Can you guess how many SD70MACs are in this shot, I won't say, but there is a Dash 9, two SD40 - 2s, 2 SD60Ms, a P39M, and a EMDX GP38 - 2 with them

A former BN SD70MAC is between a BNSF Executive MAC and a Heritage II MAC, these is three of the 7 SD70MACs there

A pair of Executive SD70MACs, a BNSF lettered one and a former BN one is with a Heritage II SD70MAC at 17 Street Yard

It feels in the 1990s, with a pair of BN SD60Ms and a BN SD70MAC, but it's 2011 with a pair of former BN SD60Ms and a BNSF SD70MAC
