Depicted in the foreground is PRR engine #6750, an M-1A (4-8-2) "Mountain" built in Juniata during May of 1930, rebuilt as an M-1B in March of 1949, and retired in September of 1958. Also depicted is PRR engine #1261, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8S during May of 1909, rebuilt as an H-8SB in April of 1913, rebuilt as an H-9S in July of 1931, and retired in October of 1955.

Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6750, an M-1B (4-8-2) "Mountain" built in Juniata as an M-1A during May of 1930, rebuilt as an M-1B in March of 1949, and retired in September of 1958 after 28 years of faithful service. In this context, it's just crossed the Bridge with a mixed-cargo freight train on its way to the Enola Yards.
