Taken at the Brooklyn Roundhouse back when it was still standing. A year later this locomotive would become stranded on the isolated West side of the Tillamook Branch after the December 2007 storm, and would find new life pulling dinner trains on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad.

A Utah Native's first big train photo outside his home state. I spotted this nicely painted and restored Great Northern F7 parked at Garibaldi. Owned by a tourist line running on a former Southern Pacific Branchline.
