Chicago & Northwestern (CNW) 1593 - Alco 4-6-2

Alco-Schenectady built this loco in March of 1914 as Chicago & North Western 4-6-2 Pacific #1593 (serial #54509, class E). The loco was last listed on the 10/1/1952 roster before disappearing - presumedly scraapped. Specs - 75" drivers, 185 psi boiler pressure, 25x28" cylinders, engine wt of 261,000 lb and tractive force of 36,700 lb. No photographer was listed for the photo which is now part of my rr collection.
