Alco-Schenectady built this 4-6-2 Pacific type steam locomotive in November of 1910 as Chicago & North Western #117 (serial #49024, class E-1). The loco served faithfully for nearly 37 years before it was dropped from the CNW roster after 1/1/1947 - presumedly scrapped. Specs - 69" drivers, 180 psi boiler pressure, 22x26" cylinders, engine wt of 210,000 lb and tractive force of 28,700 lb.
