I was out getting ice and a few other things for my friends party, and saw this westbound waiting for traffic prior to getting out of town. Shot from the parking lot of the well placed ice machine. It would be the first of quite a few trains I would see that morning.
(Air quality issues? Not around here! Actually wildfire / range fire smoke from Alberta and BC from the north and the Bend, OR fires from the south.)
(Just think: this is hundreds of miles away from the source of the fires that provided our hazardous air quality alerts.)
