BNSF Railway (BNSF) 2749 - Rebuilt EMD GP39E

Besides shooting a few HLCX leasers on Pan Am back home over a decade ago, this is my first time seeing classic cascade green on an actual freight, and a "white face" GP30 bodied one at that! BNSF 2749 & MRL 404 are in charge of the Logan to Whitehall local; R-MON842 spots three covered hoppers at a small transload in Whitehall MT, along what was once the mighty route of Northern Pacific over Homestake Pass to the west of here, now reduced to a mere once a week local as far west as Whitehall by BNSF in the modern day.

Local BNSF Train L CHI0081 10 passes the ex-ATSF BNSF Depot with 3 ex-BN Locomotives, the GP38-2's being ex-Frisco, and the GP39E is ex-Nickel Plate. The depot is still used by BNSF MOW.
