This sure is a brightly colored switcher! Originally built by EMD in May of 1938 as Lehigh Valley SW900 #124, it went through several changes and rosters > LV SW900M > CR 8651 > DCLR >AMHR #8651. An unidentified rail fan took this color slide which is now part of my rr collection.
