BNSF 7995
Its been a while since I have seen a meet happen in Old Monroe. Here BNSF 7995 rolls south bound with a loaded grain train and BNSF 5443 & UP 3826 head through the siding with a Memphis to Galesburg freight.
BNSF 7995 showing up in third position headed south with a container train currently paused in the dark mid-morning light (amazing what even a small pocket snapper camera with mild software tweaking can bring out of darkness... although between crooked/slanted light & power poles, sloping guardrails, fighting chain-link fence to put the camera lens through, driving rain and howling winds, Im not sure if the grand designer really wants level images with perfect horizon. Yes, thats it, deities dont like perfection in mankind, so Im actually doing my part to SAVE humankind by proving were imperfect and the slanted horizon is necessary. That or its an artistic statement.)
