AMTK 104s traction motor had broken down and is being helped by Amtrak 281 "Empire Service".
2 trains, 1 consist. Amtrak 63 "Maple Leaf" had broken down at the William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center in Syracuse, NY. Amtrak 281 "Empire Service" helps out. I have never seen anything like this. The train(s) are seen arriving at the Great New York State Fair.
