Part of a short, rusty, MOW train on the Georgia Central. The two gons and the crane have been donated to a museum in Albany, GA, but transportation is proving to be expensive.
Taken on GC property with permission. When I asked if any of the GC fleet was going to be painted GWI, they pointed to this & said the switchers were moved to the front of the line for that.
Amazing so many of these locomotives found a home so close to their Southern roots!
