This water tower still stood in Morgan Utah in 1996.
The calendar says its been spring for a month, but you could not tell here in Utah.
Union Pacific Railroad Company
Union Pacific's Passenger statation at Morgan is currently the city Planning & Zooning office. A wonderful use of a structure who's time has past.
An eastbound manifest train, headed up by two UP snoot nose SD40-2s, pauses at Morgan. The crew took advantage of the stop and ran across the street to a Subway for lunch to go.
I know A/C is nice for the hoggers, but I sure do miss being able to catch the engineer's eye and gettin' a wave. Dag-gum tinted windows!

A great ending to a great trip to Utah. I can't wait to come back and explore the area some more!!
With its stucco siding and tile roof, the statin looks much like it has for most of the fifty some years tht I have visited this pleasant little valley.
heading west along I84...
UP 1989 just came out of the canyon%into the Morgan Valley
Now owned by the City of Morgan. Seems to be used for storage.
Taken from across the UP tracks
