TOSE rolls 122 cars under the bridge at state line, and will pass into New York in a half mile.

ELBU that left Elkhart yesterday is on its last leg into Buffalos Frontier yard with 99 cars.

ELBUs counterpart, BUEL, left Buffalo this morning and is now 75 miles into the trip as it passes under a local bridge near the NY-PA line. The effort required to move the 138 cars is evident, as only the 6000 HP of three GP 38's is enough to get the train over the road.

NW 1218 makes a stop at North East PA on its return trip to Ashtabula, bringing out the locals to see the magnificent engine.

NW 1218 rolls through the vineyards of the Lake Erie region as it gets a good roll going on its way back to Ashtabula from Buffalo. It has just crossed the state line, and is now in PA. Thats I 90 in the background.

The railroad museum at North East PA is fenced off from the Conrail and NS mains for good reason-up to 100 trains a day. One of them, a Conrail stack train, passes the old NYC station.

TV 201 rolls west at the NY/PA state line, having just crossed under I 90, seen in the background.

And headed for Buffalo and the CP, HAN 2 rolls east about to pass under I 90 behind a single ex Southern GP 50. NS ran quite a few trains with only a single unit on the ex NKP.

HAN 1 rolls west under I 90 and past the vineyards as it makes its way to Chicago and a western connection behind an Operation Lifesaver GP 60.
